Questions
- How is this different from “Edit a PDF”?
- Edit a PDF stamps text and shapes into the page. Here, everything you add stays an annotation: your reader lists it, hides it, lets you reply to it or delete it — like a reviewer’s mark-up.
- Will others see my annotations?
- Yes. Each one carries its own appearance, so Acrobat, Preview, browsers and other readers show it exactly where you put it.
- How do I highlight a word everywhere in the document?
- Type it into “Highlight every match of”: every match is highlighted at once, ignoring accents and capitals.
- Is my file uploaded anywhere?
- No. Everything happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
