What the service is

Publiposter is a set of document tools that run entirely in the user’s browser. No file is transmitted to the publisher or to any third party. How data is handled is set out on the privacy page.

Third-party software

The tools build on free software, fonts and data published under their own licences (pdf.js, pdf-lib, Tesseract, qpdf, libheif, the Noto and Liberation fonts…). The list, with each licence’s text, is published here.

Independence

Publiposter is an independent site. It is not published, approved, endorsed or supervised by any government body or public authority. Official forms are not hosted here and must be obtained from the body that issues them.

Liability

The tools are provided as is, without warranty. They write the data the user supplies into the places the user designates. Checking the documents produced, choosing the right form, and the accuracy of the data are the user’s responsibility. The publisher accepts no liability for the consequences of using the documents generated.

Intellectual property

The name, logo and interface of Publiposter belong to its publisher. The documents you produce with these tools are yours; the publisher never sees them and claims no rights over them.
