Questions
- Is this signature legally valid?
- It’s a simple electronic signature, the equivalent of a scanned one. That’s enough for most everyday documents — order forms, quotes, consent forms, letters. Documents that require an advanced or qualified signature (under the EU’s eIDAS rules, or your country’s equivalent) go through a certified provider.
- Is my signature stored?
- Only if you ask: tick “Remember on this device” and it’s kept in this browser, nowhere else. Untick it to erase it.
- How do I initial every page?
- Create your initials, tick “On every page”, and click each page: they stay in hand until you press Escape.
- Is my file uploaded anywhere?
- No. Everything happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
