Convert Excel to PDF
Turn an Excel or OpenDocument workbook, or a CSV, into a well-laid-out PDF: columns fitted to the page, headers repeated on every page, figures lined up.
Your files never leave your browser. Nothing is uploaded, anywhere.

How it works
- Drop in your workbook or CSV file.
- Pick the sheets and the layout; the preview follows every setting.
- Download the PDF.
Questions
- My columns don’t fit on the page
- The tool switches to landscape and scales the table down to half its size. Past that, the remaining columns continue on further pages in Excel’s order: down, then across. Untick “Fit to page width” to print at full size.
- My CSV shows strange characters
- CSV files come in several encodings and with different separators — Excel in much of Europe saves Windows-1252 with semicolons. The tool detects both and shows what it found; if it guessed wrong, pick the encoding and separator yourself.
- How are numbers written?
- As the workbook formats them, with your region’s separators: “1,234.50” in the US, “1.234,50” in Germany. Hidden rows and columns are left out, just as when printing from Excel.
- Are formulas recalculated?
- No — the PDF shows the last value Excel or LibreOffice saved. A file written by a program that doesn’t save those values will show empty cells.
- Is my file uploaded anywhere?
- No. The conversion happens entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
